BOOKING TERMS
A first hold (AKA pencil booking) is in place until another client comes along and places a second hold.
The booking status will automatically upgrade to confirmed 24 hours prior to the session or, for Monday bookings (and those that fall after public holidays) the morning of the working day prior. You must release the booking beforehand to avoid a cancellation fee.
Once a second hold is placed, the client with the first hold must confirm or release within 24 hours.
If a second hold is successful, it is automatically a confirmed booking and therefore subject to a cancellation fee.

CANCELATION POLICY
There is no fee to cancel a first hold. Cancellation of a confirmed booking incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the booking.
In order to avoid a cancellation fee, first holds must be released 24 hours before the booking. Monday bookings and those that fall after public holidays must be released before the morning of the working day prior.

ADDITIONAL FEES
If a project goes over time, I will do my best to wrap it up but ultimately it is up to the client to pay for additional hours. This includes time spent conforming problematic projects. Please pay attention to spec sheet documentation to prepare your media correctly.

OVERDUE INVOICES
Unless otherwise discussed, invoices not paid within the 30 day window are subject to a 10% late fee calculated monthly.
